What is your policy?

We will gladly come back to your home if you are not satisfied and call back within 24 hours.
 

How Long Does the carpet take to Dry?

The average dry time is 6-10 hours
 

Can I get a specific time for an appointment?

No. We route our routes geographically and take on jobs until the day before. This prevents us from being able to provide an exact time. We will call you the morning of your appointment to get a verbal confirmation and to give you a 2 hour time window of when we will arrive.
 

What do you clean the carpets with?

We use “Direct Drive” Truck Mounted Steam cleaning units.
 

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes! We are fully bonded and insured.
 

Can you clean,,,

YES! If it can be cleaned, We can clean it! Cars, Trucks, Boats, Rvs, Campers. We even powerwash! Call for details!
